Maasai Mara: Photoblog

I went to Kenya on a medical mission trip in 2017. For two weeks I worked with a group of volunteers from both the US and Kenya. We provided medical care for a small community in southwest Kenya.  At the end of the trip, we went to the Maasai Mara, a national reserve in Kenya (actually it goes into Tanzania as well), to enjoy a short safari. The whole trip was incredible, but being on safari and seeing wild African animals was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Words cannot fully express this experience so I decided to share my photos. As the saying goes “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
