Ireland:
Ireland, and specifically their warm and charming people hold a special place in my heart. Some of my favorite travel memories come from Ireland. Despite its smaller size this country has a lot see and do. Nothing beats spending your days exploring their ancient history and your evenings at a warm pub.

Portugal is often a country overlooked when thinking of Europe, but it shouldn’t be! It is filled with great culture, food, history and people. I also found it to be cheaper than most of the more popular European countries.
